How Does It Work?

  1. Lightly grease your cake pop mold with oil or butter.
  2. Pour the batter. Make sure to fill each pocket, so you don't get a flat top layer when cooked. 
  3. Level the batter pockets with a small spoon. The top parts should be flat and even. 
  4. Cover the mold with the lid and bake it in the oven according to the recipe you are following. 
  5. Next, pop the mini cakes out of the mold and check if they have the proper shape. Remove those that didn't pass the initial check. 
  6. Let the remaining cakes cool down before removing any excess you'll see.  
  7. Dip your lollipop sticks into melted chocolate before inserting them into the cake balls. The chocolate will help the stick stay glued on the cake. 
  8. Freeze the cake pops for a couple of minutes and then bring them out for decoration. 
  9. Time to decorate the cakes. Make them as beautiful and as colorful as you want to.
